Rodamientos de rodillos cónicos de doble hilera TDI
El rodamiento de rodillos cónicos de doble hilera TDI tiene dos anillos exteriores (copas) y un anillo interior de doble hilera con dos conjuntos de rodillos y jaula (doble cono), generalmente con un espaciador de anillo exterior y en una disposición cara a cara. Pero, según algunas ocasiones, Tedin también suministra rodamientos de rodillos cónicos de dos hileras tipo TDI sin espaciador del aro exterior.

Tedin también suministra un tratamiento superficial especial para la copa o el cono de los rodamientos de rodillos cónicos de dos hileras según los requisitos del cliente.
Características de los rodamientos de rodillos cónicos de dos hileras:

2. Canales súper terminados
3. Anillo interior coronado, pista de rodadura y rodillos
4. Alta capacidad de carga
Los rodamientos de rodillos cónicos de dos hileras son adecuados para cargas radiales y axiales pesadas.
5. Cargas axiales en ambas direcciones
Los rodamientos de rodillos cónicos de dos hileras colocan el eje en ambas direcciones con un juego axial o una precarga específicos.
6. Fiabilidad operativa mejorada
7. Consistencia de los perfiles y tamaños de los rodillos
Los rodillos cónicos de los rodamientos de rodillos cónicos de dos hileras se fabrican con tolerancias dimensionales y geométricas tan estrechas que son prácticamente idénticos. Esto proporciona una distribución óptima de la carga, reduce el ruido y la vibración, y permite configurar la precarga con mayor precisión.
8. Alta rigidez
Los rodamientos de rodillos cónicos de doble fila proporcionan una disposición de rodamiento rígida.
9. Vibración de ruido reducida
El diseño optimizado del extremo del rodillo y el acabado de la superficie con un perfil logarítmico en la brida promueven la formación de una película lubricante, lo que resulta en una menor fricción. Esto también reduce el calor por fricción y el desgaste de las bridas. Además, los rodamientos pueden mantener mejor la precarga y funcionar con niveles de ruido más bajos.
